To ensure that the machines are properly
docked and undocked, the master docking
station (A) and all other docking
stations (B) must be installed while
maintaining defined distances. The areas
around the docking zone, around the
corridor and outside of the perimeter wire
must be flat and freely travellable. Remove
any bumps or depressions.
Minimum distance from the docking
stations to the perimeter wire in corners.
D = 1 m
Minimum distance between the docking
stations:
E = 3 m
Minimum distance between opposite
perimeter wires within the docking zone:
F = 2 m
Minimum distance from the docking zone
to the mowing area:
G = 1,2 m

Corridor width:
H = 80 cm
Funnel length:
I = 60 cm
Confined area of funnel:
J = 10 cm
There must be a free, level area (2) with a
radius of at least 1 m in front of each
docking station (1). Remove any bumps or
depressions.
If offset drive home (passage) is to
be used, guide loops must be
installed. (

9.2 Notes on the docking stations
Requirements for the docking zone
location:
– Protected, shady.
Direct sunlight can lead to increased
temperatures in the machine and longer
battery charging times.
A canopy top available as an accessory
can be mounted on each docking
station. This provides better protection
for the robotic mower against the
weather.
– Easily visible.
The docking stations should be easily
visible in the chosen location to prevent
the risk of tripping over them.
– In the immediate vicinity of a suitable
socket.
The mains connections must be close
enough to the docking stations that the
respective power cables can be
connected to both the docking stations
and the mains connection – do not
change the power cable of the power
supply unit.
– Level and flat.
