The fragmentation of packets is not available yet.
As a consequence the maximum data length of an IDN which
can be transmitted over DPM is limited to 1484 bytes (if
requested by the master) or 1368 bytes (if requested by the
device when Object Dictionary on host or if requested by the
host if Object Dictionary on the device)
