MACHINE SETUP AND OPERATION

INSTALLING BACKER PAD AND WORK PAD
NOTE: Only use manufacturer supplied or approved
pads designed specifically for this machine.
FOR SAFETY: Before installing pad, unplug cord
from wall outlet.
1. Put the transport handle lock lever in the locked
position and carefully lower the handle to the floor
(Figure 1).
2. Install the backer pad onto the scrub head with
retaining strips facing outwards. Then install work
pad onto backer pad (Figure 2).

3. Return the machine to the upright position.

INSTALLING SCRUB HEAD WEIGHTS
Each new machine comes equipped with two sets of
weights for increased pad pressure. One set weighs 24
lbs/11 Kg. The machine is designed to accommodate up
to three sets of weights. Use weights as needed. Secure
weights to scrub head using washers and retainer knobs
(Figure 3).

ADJUSTING HANDLE HEIGHT
1. With the transport handle lock lever in the unlocked
position loosen the handle adjustment lever by
lifting it upward (Figure 4).
2. Adjust the handle to a comfortable operating position
and step down firmly on the handle adjustment lever
to lock handle into position (Figure 5).
NOTE: If the handle adjustment lever does not
securely lock the handle into position, tighten the
adjustment nut as needed.
