First adjustment with reference weight:
1. Turn the potentiometers fully clockwise for each load cell so that the potentiometer resistance is
as low as possible.
2. Lay your reference weight at one corner of your weighing system and note the result of the
weighing indicator. Repeat this operation for each corner.
3. Spot the corner with the lowest output. Load successively each corner with the same reference
weight and adjust at each step the potentiometer to match the lowest output corner value.
4. The load cells outputs are now matched.
Then proceed to normal zero and gain adjustment of the weighing indicator.
