Possible Cause(s)
1. Air sealed in hydraulic
system while operating.
2. Oil Drain Bolt is not tight.
3. Hydraulic Control Valve
Assembly and/or seal(s)
worn.
1. Insufficient oil to pump
2. Blocked hydraulic lines
3. Blocked control valve
4. Damaged control valve
5. Internal cylinder leak
Suggested Solution(s)
1. Loosen Bleed Screw by some
rotations before operating the
log splitter.
2. Tighten the Oil Drain Bolt.
3. Check valve assembly and seals.
Replace either if necessary.
