The packaging (box and packing materials) was designed to ensure efficient protection
of your Elipson Infinite loudspeakers and electronics during transportation and shipping.
Please save them for later use. Protect the environment: if you wish to dispose of the
packaging, please do so in the most environmentally responsible manner possible
according to available measures (for example, sorted recycling). At the end of its
operational lifecycle, this device should not be disposed of in the same way as household
garbage. It should be deposited at a recycling center accepting electronic equipment.
This symbol indicates that the product has been designed so that it
may be recycled according to specific procedures. By purchasing such a
product, you will make a significant contribution to the protection of the
environment.
This device respects the RoHS European directive. This means that it does
not emit polluting substances when recycled (such as lead, mercury, cadmium,
hexavalent chromium, polybromobiphenyles, polybromdiphenylethers).
Precautions for proper use
This product was designed according to rigorous norms and complies with safety
standards. It should only be used under normal conditions as described below.
This device contains no components which can be replaced by the user. Attempting
to acces the inside of the speaker's cabinet may lead to electric shock. Modifying the
product in any way will nullify the guarantee. If a foreign object or liquid is introduced into
the cabinet, contact your retailer to arrange for a technician to remove it.

WARRANTY

Elipson loudspeakers have been designed and manufactured to meet the highest
possible quality standards. In the event of malfunction, Elipson or its authorized distributor
/ dealer will handle service and repair under these limited warranty terms. This limited
warranty is valid for a 2-year period from the original purchase date from an authorized
Elipson dealer.
How to claim for repair under warranty
To claim for repair or service under warranty, simply contact the local Elipson dealer from
whom you purchased your equipment. To ensure proper shipment of your damaged
product, always keep the original packaging of your Elipson device. If you cannot
contact the original dealer, or if you are using your Elipson product outside of the
purchase country, you should contact the Elipson distributor for your country of residence
for advice on where to service your equipment.

Limited warranty terms and conditions
The warranty is limited to the repair of Elipson products. Neither transportation nor any
other costs pertaining to the removal, transportation and installation of Elipson products
is covered by this warranty. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not
transferable. The warranty is only applicable for defects in materials and/or workmanship
at the date of purchase and is not applicable in the following cases:
- Damage caused by improper installation or connection.
- Damage caused by improper use, use other than is described in the owner's manual,
negligence, unauthorized modification or use of parts or accessories that are not
authorized by Elipson.
- Damage caused by unauthorized, unsuitable or faulty ancillary equipment.
- Damage caused by accidents, lightning, water, fire, heat or any other disturbance that
is not under Elipson's control or responsibility.
- For products whose serial number has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
- In case of repair and service executed by an unauthorized service person.
This warranty complements any national/federal/regional law obligations of local
distributors/dealers and does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
