AFFIXING THE VISOR
AFFIXING HOLLAND CLOTH
ALL-ROUND PROTECTION
This is achieved using the six snaps along the inner
edge of the helmet inner shell and temple area by
means of the pins along the interior construction.
MOUNTING THE FLASHLIGHT
A torch holder can optionally be fixed to the helmet
adaptor (right and/or left) (Fig. 10).
TRANSMISSION FACTOR TO DIN EN 14458:2004
As can be seen from this illustration, the protection against radiated heat offered by this visor is dependant
on the temperature of the heat source. The visor should only be used in those situations where it can
reduce exposure of the wearer's eyes to less than 100 W/m².

USE OF RESPIRATORY MASK
Please note that the interior construction is per-
fectly suited for use with a respiratory mask. There
is no need to order this separately. The angled form
of the head band allows the respiratory mask an
optimum fit within the helmet (Fig. 11).
Transmission factor 9% at 586 K source temperature

This is done by means
of the six press studs
along the helmet inner
shell. (Fig. 9, (see also
