Safety Instructions
The truck should not be driven on public roads outside a specific area.
Operation is only permitted on a level and firm floor/ground surface.
The floor/ground must be sufficiently slip-resistant.
Never leave the load unattended in a raised position.
Transporting of persons and a presence within the danger zone is not permitted.
A presence under a raised load is not permitted.
The specified load capacity must not be exceeded.
The loaded material must be distributed evenly on the fork.
The center of gravity of the load must be symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the pallet truck.
The selected speed must always be a speed at which the operator can stop the movement of the pallet
truck at any moment.
The pallet truck must never be loaded whilst the fork is in a raised position.
Never reach into moving parts.
Check safety functions before and during operation (brake, safety button, lowering brake valve, emergen-
cy stop / battery plug)
In case of occurring faults immediately stop operation.
When moving or when lowering the load there is a risk of the operator's feet being crushed under the
load. The operator is responsible for ensuring that he and all other persons maintain a safe distance from
the pallet truck.
For safety reasons, safety shoes and safety gloves must be worn at all times.
Alterations to the Pallet truck or fitting of accessories are only allowed with our written approval.
Driving on public roads is not allowed.
The high-lift pallet truck is not made for or capable of off-loading lake a fork lift truck or crane.
Defects are to be dealt with competently as soon as they become apparent.
2.4
Operating Personnel
Operation, installation and maintenance work should only be executed by: Competent, trained,
qualified persons familiar with the relevant regulations
(definition of experts acc. to IEC 364) Qualified persons for reasons of their training, experience and instruction are
persons who do their necessary activities without danger and who can avoid this danger due to their knowledge of
directives, regulations for the prevention of accidents and standards. These persons are responsible for the security
of the installation.
As a power-driven floor conveyor, the electric pallet truck with electric travel should only be op-
erated by competent personnel aged 18 years and over, who are sufficiently trained and author-
ised to operate the pallet truck.

Daily examinations:
Check if the battery is fully charged.

Examination
The el. pallet truck has to be examined if required, but at least once a year by a competent
person.
We recommend you to register the results in a test book.
Always ensure the maintenance intervals are adhered to.
Only use original accessories and spare parts, otherwise safe function is not guaranteed.

Electric parts
Only operate the truck with battery power!
The electric connection or repair on electric parts may only be executed by trained experts.
Observe the safety regulations and standards of electrical engineering.
Works on the electric installation may only be executed with cleared power supply.
