Bottom LED in normal mode
The bottom LED in normal mode indicates the signal strength and network technology. If the LED
is on, the 3G4000W can communicate with the 3G (HSPA) or 2G (GPRS) network. If the LED is off
and the red LED is on, the wireless network sevice is unavailable. If the LED flashes, there is poor
wireless network reception. The following table describes the status that each color represents.

The top LED in normal mode indicates the signal strength and network technology. When the LED
is on, the reception is optimal. The LED switches on only when the bottom LED is on. The following
