IMPORTANT:

PRECAUTIONS

1.
The Ab-Gym will give you an intensive workout. Make sure that you keep breathing
steadily while you are doing the exercises. If you get extremely tired, stop what you
are doing immediately and rest for a while before continuing with the exercises. If
ever you feel dizzy or light headed, you should stop what you are doing
immediately. You should also stop what you are doing if you experience any kind of
tension, pressure or pain. Then check with your doctor before continuing with the
exercises.
2.
Make sure you are satisfied that the Ab-Gym is complete and properly assembled.
Check the assembly on a regular basis.
3.
The Ab-Gym will support a weight of up to 110 kg. The Ab-Gym should not be used
by anyone who weighs more than 110 kg.
4.
The Ab-Gym is designed for adults. Keep the Ab-Gym out of the reach of children.
Persons under the age of 18 should only use of the AB-Gym while supervised by an
adult.
5.
The Ab-Gym is made up of moving parts. Children and pets should be kept out of
the way while you are using the Ab-Gym.
6.
To ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly always follow these
instructions.

The intensity of your workout should allow for your physical condition and your
flexibility. Respect your own physical limits and use your common sense while
exercising. Don't overdo it!
8.
Always wear suitable, comfortable clothing while training.
9.
We strongly recommend that you refrain from using the Ab-Gym if
- you have a history of neck and/or back problems,
- if you are pregnant,
- if you are a heart patient
- if you currently receiving any form of medical treatment.
