4- INSTALLATION OF THE UNIT
4.5- INSTALLATION OF THE DECORATIVE PANEL
1 A badly mounted cover can lead to unwanted
condensed water leakage on the inside of the
cassette and cause anomalies in the display.
2 Ensure that the unit is installed in the correct
position. To attain this, the unit should be
mounted horizontally and level with the lower
edge of the finished ceiling.
3 Verify the size of the opening in the ceiling.
After the cover has been mounted, the opening
in the ceiling should be hidden.
4 When setting the decorative panel into place,
ensure not to place the air swing motor under
the refrigerant pipes.
4.6- PIPE CONNECTION
1 Upon connecting the water pipes, ensure that
it is possible to access the switches on the
devices in the inner unit.
2 Remove the insulation of the flared connection
in the unit.
3 Cut the pipes, leaving enough extra piping
hanging over to enable the unit to be joined up
to the outdoor unit joins.
4 Carefully bend the connection pipes in the
unit in the desired direction (Warning: Do not
completely flatten the pipe!).
5 Firstly, provisionally secure the screws on the
cover in order to proceed to level it.
6 After levelling the cover, tighten the screws
securely.
7 Connect the synchronous motor cables and the
signal lines.
8 Perform a trial run.
9 If there is no response to the remote control
signal, check the connection. Repeat the trial
run 10 seconds later after disconnecting and
reconnecting the power supply.
5 Do not forget to insert the nut before drilling.
6 Drill the water pipe when installed.
7 Connect the water pipes and the condensed
water hose to the corresponding pipe and
installation drain.
8 Insulate the water piping correctly. To do so,
cover any possible cuts with masking tape or
insulate any bare refrigerant piping with the
corresponding insulation material used for
cooling.
9 Ensure that each of the installation pipes is
properly insulated and separated.
