6.4 Resetting the Gateway to the factory settings
If use of the Gateway must be switched from GPRS to LAN or vice-versa, the con-
figuration button must be pressed for at least 20 seconds. Once the sequence has
been recognised, the WEB and BUS LEDs will flash red. At this point, the connection
procedure can be performed starting from Chapter 6.
NOTE:
this type of reset will cancel the user's registration and restore the Gate-
way to its factory configuration.

7. INTERNET SERVICES ACTIVATION

7.1 Chaffoteaux Service Centres

Service Centres certified by Chaffoteaux can access to ChaffoLink platform typing
their log-in credentials on page:

7.2 End users
End users can control their Chaffoteaux products through their smartphones
downloading the ChaffoLink App on Apple Store or Google Play. Furthermore, it is
also possible to use any internet device accessing the ChaffoLink page at:
www.ChaffoLink.remotethermo.com
Activate the internet service (with a smartphone or the ChaffoLink portal) only
after you have completed the procedures described in par. 6.1 (or 6.2).
The steps for registering a new user of the ChaffoLink service and its gateway with a
smartphone are described below:
1. D ownload and open the ChaffoLink app. Next, click on "Registration". Alternatively, open
the following link: https://www.ChaffoLink.remotethermo.com

2. R egister your account by entering the requested information. You will receive an e-mail
containing a link to confirm your registration.
3. C lick on the registration confirmation link.
4. R eturn to the app an log-in to complete the product registration process.
5. T he product was already connected to the Internet in the previous steps, so click on the
link at the bottom of the page.
