1. ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there:
The assistance of a second person
is advisable for the assembly work.

Ø8; Allen spanner;Opening spanner;
Tilt spanner.
2. FITTING THE STABILISER
BARS.-
Rest the main body on the floor as
shown in Fig.2. Take hold of the front
stabiliser bar fitted with wheels (32).
Remove the bolts (62) and their
washers (63), and refit the bolts (62)
with the flat washers (63). Tighten
securely.
Take the rear stabiliser with adjustable
feet (48) and position it on the
machine's rear stand, insert the bolts
(62) with the flat washers and nuts,
tighten securely. Fig.2.
3. ATTACHING THE PEDALS.-
The assembly instructions for the
pedals must be followed to the letter,
fitting these incorrectly could damage
the screw thread on the pedal or the
crank. Right and left refer to the
position that the user adopts when
sitting on the saddle to do the
exercises.
The right-hand pedal (55R), marked
with the letter (R), screws onto the
right-hand crank, also marked with an
(R), in a clockwise direction. Tighten
securely, Fig.3.
The left-hand pedal (44L), marked
with the letter (L), screws onto the left-
hand crank, also marked with an (L),
in an anti-clockwise direction. Tighten
securely Fig.3.
4. FITTING THE HANDLEBAR
STEM.-
Insert the handlebar stem (17) onto
the other stem (54) and onto the boss
on the main body taking care not to
pinch the cables. Connect the cables
from handlebar stem (17) and main
body (1).
Fit the bolts (62) with curved washers
(65), as shown in Fig.4, align the
handlebar stem and hand tighten.
Fit the bolts (64) as shown in Fig.4
and hand tighten.
5. FITTING THE BOTTLE
HOLDER.-
Release the screws (98) on the
handlebar (17), position the bottle
holder (97) and secure it by using the
screws removed previously.
6. INSTRUCTIONS FOR
FITTING THE SADDLE
Next, take the horizontal tube for the
saddle (23) and attach the saddle (74)
to it, Fig.6, tighten the nuts (Z).
VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT.
In order to raise or lower the saddle
post, first loosen off the control knob
(91) on the saddle post a little by
turning it in an anticlockwise direction,
