Troubleshooting
The appliance does not start or it stops during opera-
tion.
Before you contact the Service, refer to the information
that follows for a solution to the problem.
Alarm code
• The start indicator flashes continuously.
• The end indicator flashes 1 time intermittently.
• The start indicator flashes continuously.
• The end indicator flashes 2 times intermittently.
• The start indicator flashes continuously.
• The end indicator flashes 3 times intermittently.
Warning! Deactivate the appliance before you do
the checks. Turn the programme knob until the
programme marker is aligned with the on/off indicator.
Problem
The programme does not
start.
The appliance does not fill
with water.
The appliance does not
drain the water.
Possible cause
The mains plug is not connected in the
mains socket.
The appliance door is open.
You did not press the start button.
The fuse in the fuse box is damaged.
The water tap is closed.
The water pressure is too low.
The water tap is clogged or there is
limescale on it.
The filter in the water inlet hose is clog-
ged.
The water inlet hose has a kink or a
bend.
The anti-flood device is on. There are
water leakages in the appliance.
The sink spigot is clogged.
The water drain hose has a kink or a
bend.
With some problems, different indicators flash con-
tinuously or intermittently at the same time to show
an alarm code.
Problem
The appliance does not fill with water.
The appliance does not drain the water.
The anti-flood device is on.
Connect the mains plug.
Close the appliance door.
Press the start button.
Replace the fuse.
Open the water tap.
Contact your local water authority.
Clean the water tap.
Clean the filter.
Make sure that the position of the hose
is correct.
Close the water tap and contact the
Service.
Clean the sink spigot.
Make sure that the position of the hose
is correct.
