10.4 Inserting storage blocks
Risk of fire and injury.
Check the thermal insulation in the appliance for
transport damage.
Broken insulation can lead to the casing overheating. Replace
faulty thermal insulation.

Remove the cover panel and cardboard inserts from the interior
of the appliance. It must be completely free of foreign bodies
such as parts of the packaging or similar.
The storage blocks are delivered in separate packaging. Storage
blocks with slight transport damage can be used. This does not
impair the function of the appliance.
Slightly lifting the heating element

To insert the storage blocks, slightly raise the heating elements.

When raising the heating elements, ensure the through holes
in the side insulation are not widened by the heating elements.

Insert the first storage block, with the heating element cavity
pointing upwards, with some clearance to the r.h. thermal
insulation.

Push it up against the r.h. and back thermal insulation. The long
holes form the heating ducts.
