OPERATION ________________________________
1 Pull out the the power cord to the required
length.
Caution
A yellow mark on the power cord indicates the
█
recommended cord length. Never try to extend
the cord length beyond the red mark.
2 Insert the power cord plug into the wall socket.
3 Switch on the appliance by pressing the
On/Off button .

4 Set the required suction power with the power
adjustment controller.
Note
You can hold the vacuum cleaner by the
█
carrying handle to move the appliance, but

make sure that the appliance is switched off
before carrying.
5 After use, press the On/Off button
off the appliance and remove the power cord
plug from the wall socket.
Caution
Always disconnect the mains plug from the
█
wall socket when the appliance is not in use.
6 Hold the power cord in one hand and press
and hold the power cord rewind button.
7 Carefully guide the power cord back into the
appliance.

as pressing one side of the button at a high
rewinding speed can cause unforeseeable
cable movements.
Suction control
The suction control

control is fully closed, the maximum suction pow-
er is reached.

less suction power, such as when cleaning
material, upholstery or shag pile carpets. Open
the control if and when required.
