Installing the profile cylinder

The lock must be installed in the door before the profile cylinder can be installed ("Installing the security
lock 309N", page 45, "Accessories", page 56). The profile cylinder must match the door leaf thickness
and the door fitting and protrude at least 3 mm from the door fitting when the door is complete.
Install the profile cylinder as described in the accompany instructions. The following installation steps are
typical:
1 Place profile cylinder in the profile cylinder cut-out (Fig. 14).
2 Fix it in place with the cylinder fixing screw.
3 Test the key for ease of movement.
 You have installed the profile cylinder and can operate the lock with a key.
