1.3 Liability for defects
Please carefully read the advice below. Li-
ability for defects can only be assumed, if
the advice below is observed, if the device
is used properly, and if the instructions for
installation and operation are adhered to.
The warranty period for the device is two
years from the billing date, subject to the
use of the correct CLEARPOINT
are used and provided that the filter ele-
ments are replaced at least once a year.
BEKO TECHNOLOGIES will not accept li-
ability for damage caused by normal wear,
improper handling or storage, or other
improper actions by the customer or third
parties.
This applies in particular to wearing parts.
2. Safety instructions
DANGER !
Compressed air!
Risk of serious or even fatal injury from
contact with quickly or suddenly escap-
ing compressed air, or from bursting plant
components.
Preventive action:
• Only use pressure-resistant installation
material!
• Avoid sudden and quick opening of
shut-off devices!
• Make sure that no persons or objects
can be damaged by escaping com-
pressed air or condensate.
• Avoid the transmission of vibration and
shocks by installing shock absorbers,
etc.
• Only use float drains whose technical
specifications correspond to those on
the type plate.
• Only carry out installation and mainte-
nance work when the system is depres-
surized.
• Take suitable measures to prevent pres-
sure surges under operating conditions,
as they might cause malfunction of the
device or damage to the housing.

Prior to the installation, start-up, and op-
eration of the membrane dryer, ensure
that the device is suitable for the intended
application and purpose. Otherwise, there
is a risk of serious injury and/or damage
to property.
