Bending Plastic Pipe
Heat all around the pipe from a distance of 2 to 6 inches. Continue heating until the pipe feels
soft and can be bent with little resistance. Hold the bent pipe until it is cold. Overbend the pipe
a little because it will spring back some after release.
Shrink Wrapping
Wrap the object with heat-shrinkable plastic film. Begin to heat the film from a safe distance
while keeping the hot tool moving. Move the hot tool closer to the film until the film starts to
shrink and becomes taut.
