A 803 holder for transmission instruments

An A 803 holder has to be retro-fitted for reprocessing dental trans-
mission instruments. This holder is suitable for almost all standard
transmission instruments.
Remove an injector nozzle from the injector manifold and replace it

with an A 803 holder.
The suds solution has to be filtered when using an A 803 holder. To
do so an A 800 tubular filter has be fitted inside the injector mani-
fold.
The tubular filter is supplied with its own instructions.
In particular please observe the instructions on regular cleaning of
the tubular filter.
Carry out a visual check of all internal sections for any blockages.

Fit the transmission instrument into the holder. The instrument is

then held in position by the spring clamp.
After reprocessing pull the transmission instrument out of its holder.

The spring clamp will automatically spring back into position.
After processing dry internal sections of transmission instruments

with sterilised compressed air and then sterilise as required follow-
ing manufacturer's instructions and national health and safety regu-
lations.
Before using transmission instruments again following repro-
cessing, a function check must be carried out, e.g. by spraying into
a basin, to ensure they are clear.
