Remove the cap covering the support hole placed on the top of

the TegraPol cabinet.

Remove the two caps covering the fastening screws on the left-

hand side of the TegraPol cabinet by lifting them off with a knife.
Lead the supporting column of TegraForce-3 down into the

support hole in TegraPol.
Turn the column until the cross pin at the end of the column

engages in the slot in the casting of the TegraPol while the
specimen mover is placed over the preparation disc.

Tighten the two fastening screws on the left-hand side of the

TegraPol cabinet and mount the two caps again.
If it is not possible to swing the TegraForce-3 over the left hand

side of the machine when a sample holder is mounted, loosen
the two fastening screws, lift the specimen mover slightly up to
allow the TegraForce to swing freely and tighten the fastening
screws again.
