Clean only parts listed in this guide. Do
not clean door gasket. The door gasket is
essential for a good seal. Care should be
taken not to rub, damage, or move the

CAUTION: Do not leave food or cooking
utensils, etc. in the oven during the self-
clean cycle.
It is normal for the cooktop of the range to
become hot during a self-clean cycle.
Therefore, touching the cooktop during a

Users of this appliance are hereby
warned that the burning of gas can result
in low-level exposure to some of the listed
substances, including benzene, formalde-
hyde and soot, due primarily to the incom-
plete combustion of natural gas or liquid
petroleum (LP) fuels. Properly adjusted
burners will minimize incomplete combus-
tion. Exposure to these substances can
also be minimized by properly venting the
burners to the outdoors.
Users of this appliance are hereby
warned that when it is engaged in the self-
clean cycle, there may be low level expo-
sure to some of the listed substances, in-
cluding carbon monoxide. Exposure can
be minimized by properly venting the
oven to the outdoors during the self-clean
cycle by opening a window and/or door in
the room where the appliance is located.

released due to overheated cooking oil,
fat, margarine and overheated non-stick
cookware may be equally harmful.
