CAUSE
Compressor module operating above rated pressure.
Package pre filter blocked.
Cooler blocked.
Missing or incorrectly fitted enclosure panels
Low coolant level.
High ambient temperature.
Restricted cooling air flow.
Separator cartridge leak.
Blocked separator cartridge drain.
Compressor operating below rated pressure.
Coolant system leak.
Air system leaks.
Airend defective.
Motor defective.
Loose components.
Defective shaft seal.
Defective transducer or incorrect pressure transducer
setting
Minimum pressure valve malfunction.
Inlet valve malfunction.
Compressed air filter(s) contaminated.
Blocked separator cartridge
Blocked compressed air filters
Frozen condensate in dryer
TROUBLE SHOOTING
REMEDY
Set pressure to correct rating for machine.
1. Blocked filters
2. Blocked separator cartridge
3. Restricted air fow through dryer
Clean / replace package pre filter.
Clean cooler.
Ensure that all enclosure panels are correctly fitted
Top up coolant and check for leaks.
Re site compressor.
Ensure correct air flow to compressor.
Fit new Separator cartridge.

Remove fittings and clean.
Set pressure to correct rating for machine.
†
Fix leaks.
†
Fix leaks.
†
Change Airend.
†
Replace motor.
†
Retighten loose items.
†
Fit Airend shaft seal kit.
Replace or set pressure to correct rating for machine.
†
Fit Minimum pressure valve service kit.
†
Fit inlet valve service kit.
Replace air filter(s).
Clean / replace separator cartridge.
Clean / replace compressed air filters.
Check hot gas bypass valve.
Ensure ambient temperature is greater than 35_F
(2_C).
