INSTALLATION NOTES
Before using the network video recorder, take note of the following:
• Keep liquids away from the video recorder.
• Place the video recorder in a well-ventilated area.
• Make sure that the humidity and temperature values in the room are within the limits
allowed by the video recorder.
• Humidity and an accumulation of dust on the video recorder's control board may cause a
short circuit. Dust the control board, connector, casing and fan regularly with a suitable
brush.
• Replacing the battery incorrectly may lead to a risk of explosion. The battery should never
be replaced by users and the replacement battery must be the same or of an equivalent
type.
