15.1 Safety information

Please note
► Never put metal foil packages or utensils on the grill plate.
► The grill is suitable for all kinds of juicy meat such as beef
steak, pork chop, chicken fillet, sausage, fish and also
vegetables.
► Grill the food according to your own taste. Grilling time
depends on the kinds of food, initial temperature of the food
and its thickness.
► During grilling, turn the food from time to time. You can
also spread salt or sauce on the food.
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to
cleaning and maintaining the device. Please observe the
notices to prevent damages due to cleaning the device
incorrectly and to ensure trouble-free operation.
Attention
Please observe the following safety notices, before you
commence with cleaning the device:
► The device must be cleaned and food residues must be
removed at regular intervals. If the device is not maintained
in a clean condition, this will have a detrimental effect on the
service life of the device and can also result in a dangerous
condition in the device as well as in the growth of fungus and
bacteria.
► Switch the device off prior to cleaning it and unplug the plug
from the wall power outlet.
► The grill can be hot after use. There is a danger of burning!
Wait until the appliance has cooled down.
► Clean the grill after use as soon as it has cooled down.
Extended waiting unnecessarily complicates cleaning and
can make it impossible in extreme cases. Excessive
accumulations of dirt can even damage the device under
certain circumstances.
