CAUSE
Welding cable is not properly con-
nected, is damaged or too long.
The distance between tungsten
electrode and workpiece is too
long.
There is oil or dust on the
workpiece.
Torch trigger is defective.
Control PCB is defective.
Gas cylinder is close or gas pres-
sure is low
Control PCB is defective.
REMEDY
Check for proper cable connection.
Ensure it is in good conditions and
its lenght is not too long.
Reduce the distance, about 3mm.
Clean the workpiece before
welding.
Check for proper TIG torch con-
nection to the unit / Contact after
sales service centre.

Open gas cylinder valve or adjust
gas pressure.
