Operation and use
General instructions
■
The food should be at room tempera-
ture since frozen food requires longer
to cook and can also dry out.
■
To achieve the best results, preheat
the grill until the required temperature
has been reached and the control indi-
cator (1) extinguishes.
■
Pay attention to the grilling process.
■
You can use the appliance to cook
various different foods such as steaks,
sausages or vegetables.
■
The appliance is particularly suitable
for quick low-fat preparation of meals
since both sides are grilled simultane-
ously and the ribbed surface of the grill
allows fat to quickly flow into the drip
tray.
■
If you wish to grill different meals at the
same time, they must have the same
thickness so that contact to the surface
of the grill plate remains even.
■
3 mm and 11 mm rubber stoppers are
provided with the appliance. These can
be used on the front legs respectively
depending the angle of inclination re-
quired for grilling e. g., 3 mm to allow
the fat to run off easily or 11 mm to
prevent bread rolls from slipping off the
hot plate.
