1. ROTAVAC valve control

1.1. Item set-up

- Locate items on a plane, solid stand. Item must be horizontal.

1.2. Install cooler holder and condensate cooler

- Attach condensate cooler
bracket (1) with 2 ea. screws
from your hardware kit to the
rear panel of the vacuum
pump.
Remove coupling nut (10) from
-
condensate cooler (Attention,
retainer underneath coupling
nut!)
- Arrange condensate cooler (2)
in holder.
- Secure condensate cooler (2)
with rubber band (3)
- Install receiving flask (4) and
secure with clamp (5).
- Remove exhaust stack (6) and
replace with angular fitting
(from hardware kit)
- Refer to drawing and install
black coupling ring (8) on the
left end of the PTFE hose (7);
red coupling nut (10) and seal
(9) go on the right-hand end of
this hose. Refer to picture and
slip this hose assembly over angular stud (6) and glass thread (18) on condensate cooler.
Pull coupling rings (8 & 10) tight.
Connect cooling water with fittings (11), exhaust air with fitting (14), as required.
