POSSIBLE CAUSES
No power.
Master switch off.
The water level in the tank is too low. Fill the tank.
The water tank is leaking.
No water in the tank.
The water level detector is not
positioned correctly.
The temperature of the device is too
low.
The water has been in the tank too
long.
Too much water in the trough.
The vapour intensity control is at
minimum
Sediment on the transducer.
The water is too cold.
The water is unclean.
The vapour intensity control is at

The tank and the base are not
connected properly.
The fan is not working correctly.
Resonance due to the water level in
the tank being too low.
Resonance due to an unstable surface. Place the unit on a stable surface.
REMEDIES
Plug in the appliance.
Switch on the master switch.
Tighten the lid of the tank correctly.
Fill the tank.
Remount the water level detector
correctly.
Place the device in the room at room
temperature for half an hour prior
to use.
Clean the tank and fill with fresh
water.
Empty the water from the trough and
reposition the tank.
Adjust the control button.
Clean the transducer.
Use water at room temperature.
Clean the tank and fill with fresh
water.
Adjust the control button.
Check that they are connected
properly.
Have the fan checked by the supplier
or after-sales department
