21.1.6 Replacing the V-belt

Never replace V-belts individually but only as a complete set!

STORAGE

Improper storage can damage and destroy important components. Only store packed
or unpacked parts under the intended environmental
When the machine is not in use, store it in a dry, frost-proof and lockable place to prevent the

Loosen screw (1)
Open the cover drive unit
Reduce the belt tension with the setscrews (2)
Chance the belts (3) and tighten the V-belts.
→The tension is correct when a single V-belt can
only be pushed through a maximum of 5 mm with
the thumb
Close the cover drive unit
Secure it with the screw
Notice: The cover drive unit is secured with a
position switch. The machine may not start with a
not activated switch.
