· Insert the plug into the power outlet.
· Turn the temperature regulation knob to a medium level, the indicator
light switches on. Preheat the device
– for approx. 5 - 8 minutes to let the grill top** reach the right
temperature

· Slightly grease the grill top ** or the stone** (the pans as well if
needed) with oil, butter or similar.
· You can now fry the prepared pieces of meat, fish or vegetables on the

· Place the desired ingredients in the pans and place these on the rack
beneath the heating rod.
· You can set the temperature by means of the regulator – at the
beginning, the temperature can be somewhat higher and then
subsequently reduced.

scratches on the finish, empty the pans with wooden or heat resistant
spatulas only.
