SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
TWO HANDED OPERATION REQUIRED
This machine requires the use of two hands to ensure safe
operation and should not be used when working from ladders

If this machine is to be used when working at height a suitable,
stable platform or scaffold tower with hand rails and kick boards
should be used.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION
Wash the vehicle thoroughly with a suitable shampoo to remove
all dirt and road film. Pay particular attention to areas exposed
to heavy dirt such as grilles and around the wheel areas.
It is important that the vehicle be clean before wax application to
ensure the best result. This will also reduce the risk of and dirt or
grit being scratched into the paint work surface with the polisher.
After washing, move the vehicle to a dry area away from direct
sunlight and allow to dry.
WAX APPLICATION
CAUTION: Do not apply wax directly to vehicle.
Place the applicator bonnet on the polisher pad.
Ensure the elastic is tucked down evenly around the edge of
the pad (Pic 1).
For paste wax: Spread about a heaped teaspoon of wax evenly
over the surface of the applicator bonnet using a suitable
spreader.
For Liquid wax: Apply three swirls of wax over the applicator
bonnet.
NOTE: this first application will do 1/4 of an average sized car.
For the second through to the fourth application, reload the

ELECTRIC SHOCK COULD OCCUR. THIS MACHINE IS FOR
POLISHING ONLY.
Always check the applicator bonnets to ensure that they have
not been contaminated with any abrasive that could scratch the
surface being polished.
Apply the polishing wax, cream or liquid to the applicator
bonnet, not onto the surface to be polished.
Do not switch on until the bonnet is in contact with the surface.
Maintain a firm grip on the machine before switching on.
Make sure that there are no sharp edges or protrusions that
could snag or tear the applicator bonnet
Wash the applicator bonnets frequently or as required.
An applicator bonnet heavily impregnated with wax can attract
abrasive materials which could scratch the surface being
polished.

Place the extension cord and mains lead away from the area
to be polished.
Apply the polisher to the vehicle surface and switch the machine
on by pushing the stop start button forward (Pic 2) (Pic 2.1).
Cover areas quickly with broad sweeping figure of eight motions.
NOTE: do not press down on the polisher. The orbital action
of the machine, not increased pressure, will achieve the best
results.
Cover large areas first i.e. bonnet and roof. Then follow on to
do the doors etc. Remove the applicator bonnet and use it to
cover the harder to reach areas such as round door mirrors etc.
WAX REMOVAL
Remove the applicator bonnet and replace it with a clean dry
terry cloth bonnet.
Once the wax has dried to a haze, polish the vehicle to a high
lustre in the same manner as the wax was applied.
Periodically it may become necessary to remove the bonnet to
shake out the dried wax residue. A bonnet loaded with residue
may cause streaks to appear in the polished surface.
After the wax has been removed from all the major surfaces, use
the edge of the pad to reach into curved or concave surfaces.
