Measuring test samples
a Carefully pour the contents of the control test into a
double-chambered cuvette.
b Likewise carefully pour the test sample into a second
double-chambered cuvette.
Then distribute 2 ml from the reaction bottle as evenly as
possible between both segments of the double chamber.
c Follow the instructions in "Procedure E" (cuvette
evaluation) of the operating instructions for the RQflex
plus.

Cloudy test samples cannot be measured using a
reflectometer.
The value µg protein per ml shown in the display of the
RQflex relates to the one ml rinsing solution used for
determination. The total protein content of the instrument or
instrument segment sampled is reached by multiplying by
the number of ml of SDS solution used for the assay.
When evaluating further test samples, repeat every step,
starting with measuring the control test up to evaluating
the measured result of the test sample.
