e Draw up 1 ml of the SDS solution from the bag using the
pipette.
f Add the 1 ml of SDS solution to the bottle of reagent A.
Empty the pipette quickly in order to mix the solutions
immediately.
g Wait 6 minutes.
Wait 6 minutes to ensure correct results.
h After 6 minutes add:
1 measure of reagent B
and
2 drops of reagent C.
i Mix the solution again by making circular movements.
Seal the bottles containing agent B and C again
immediately after dispensing the reagent.
Rinse the pipette with distilled water after use.
