Do not alter the primary conditions of regulation and do
not touch the sealed parts.
MANUAL RECOIL VERSION
1) Open the fuel coc
2) Accelerator lever must be in
3) hold the starting handle pro-
4) pull the starting handle slow-
5) ... until you feel resistance
6) then return it slowly

ELECTRIC STARTING VERSION
Effect the operations 1), 2) and 7) as reported in
the para Recoil starter.

ON
Turn the starting key (Q1) completely
START
clockwise, until the motor starts.
Let the engine run for some minutes before drawing
the load.
In case of unsuccessful start-up, do not insist
for longer than 5 seconds. Wait 10 seconds
before attempting another start-up .
Emergency recoil start
Turn the starting key (Q1) in "ON" position and
repeat the process of recoil starting.
ATTENTION
!
If battery is not connected, disconnect voltage
regulator to prevent damage.
CAUTION
!
RUNNING IN
During the first 50 hours do not use the unit at
more than 60% of full load. Check the oil level
regularly.
