Display Date and Year
Press the button / Y-M-D (6) to display the date for a short time. Press the button again
to briefly show the date.
Switching to Summer Time
Keep the button / DST/C-F (7) depressed to switch between summer time and normal
time. The later time is summer time.
Radio station tuning
1. Use the / DST/C-F (7) and / Y-M-D (6) buttons to tune the desired station. If you
keep one of the buttons pressed, the device searches for the next radio station. The
display shows the tuned frequency.
2. If reception is too weak, change the position of the dipole antenna in order to improve
the reception.
Preset stations
You can preset up to 10 radio stations.
1. Search for a station as described under "Radio station tuning".
2. Keep the MEM.SET / NAP/M+ button (1) pressed. The preset location indicator flashes
on the display (e.g. P02).
3. Use the / DST/C-F (7) and / Y-M-D (6) buttons to select the desired preset station
memory.
4. Press the MEM.SET / NAP/M+ button to preset the station.
Tune into the preset station
Press the MEM.SET / NAP/M+ button (1) repeatedly in radio mode to scan through the
preset station memory.
Alarm function
Setting of the Alarm
You can set two alarm times. Proceed as follows:
1. Press the ALARM 1 button (2). The currently set alarm time is shown.
2. Keep the ALARM 1 button pressed for approx. 3 seconds when the alarm time is
displayed. The hours of the currently set alarm time start to flash.
3. Use the buttons / DST/C-F (7) and / Y-M-D (6) for setting.
