Agent (MRA) to only those areas
that will come in contact with
Triad Gel. Wipe off excess MRA.
3. Position the wires, etc. on the
cast. Secure with sticky wax
on buccal and facial areas not
covered with MRA (Figure 1B).
4. Extrude Triad Gel under and
around the wires, then flow
around teeth, into interproximal
and other areas.
Maintain constant pressure on
the tube and keep the tip close
to the cast. Extruding "rows"
of Triad Gel close to each other
will help minimize air bubble
entrapment. Apply gel to desired
thickness, 2-3 mm (0.08"-0.12")
(Figures 2A, 2B, 2C).

a. Cure the appliance on the cast
for four (4) minutes in the
Triad VLC Unit.
b. Remove the appliance from
the cast.
c. Paint all Triad material
surfaces with Triad Air Barrier
Coating (ABC).
d. Cure the appliance off the
cast, tissue side up, for three
(3) minutes in the Triad VLC
Unit.
5. Remove the appliance from the
curing unit and scrub thoroughly
with warm water and a brush to
remove all traces of Triad ABC.
6. Finish in the normal manner.
