Causes
Water infeed alarm
- the tap is closed
- filters clogged
- pressure of the water
system not normal

Possible causes
‐ Calcareous water, white halos
on the tools
‐ Traces of elements which have
not been pre-treated (cements,
alginates)
‐ Wrong cycle parameters
‐ The ultrasound noise is not
heard during the cleaning
phase
‐ Load excessive, drops on tools
‐ Wrong installation, rests of
water on the tank bottom after
the draining.
‐ No air flow from the lid side
slots
‐ Instruments that cannot be
treated with ultrasounds
cleaning (e.g. Mirrors)
‐ Drain solenoid valve hum
Solutions
- Make sure that the tap is open.
- Clean tank filter, drain filter, and water
infeed filter.
- Make sure water pressure ranges are
within the indicated values. If the
pressure is insufficient, contact a
plumber.
- Make sure the
(OPTIONAL) is not locked.
- Make sure there is no water into the
tank and start a new cycle
Solution
‐ Install a water softener before
the device.
‐ Some detergents might reduce
such effect
‐ Pre-treat with suitable
detergents.
‐ Modify parameters increasing the
cleaning time .
‐ Contact the technical service
‐ Reduce the load
‐ Position the device correctly,
modify the height of the feet
‐ Contact the technical service
‐ Do not clean with ultrasounds
instruments that cannot be
treated with ultrasounds

‐ The solenoid valve works
correctly, the noise is present for
short periods only.
