Extraction guard for cutting with a guide block
The extraction guard for cutting with a guide block (25) is fit-
ted in the same way as the protective guard for grinding (8).
Extraction guard for sanding
The extraction guard (27) can be used to minimise dust
when sanding paint, varnish and plastics in conjunction with
the carbide grinding head (28). The extraction guard (27) is
not suitable for working metals.
A suitable Bosch vacuum cleaner can be connected to the
extraction guard (27).
The extraction guard (27) is mounted in the same manner as
the protective guard (8). The brush collar can be replaced.

Attach the hand guard (17) to the side handle (7).
Fitting the abrasive tools
Remove the battery from the power tool before carry-

from unintentionally pressing the on/off switch.
Do not touch grinding and cutting discs until they have

Clean the grinding spindle (16) and all the parts to be fitted.
Lock the grinding spindle with the spindle lock button (3)
before clamping and releasing the abrasive tools.
Do not press the spindle lock button while the grind-

Grinding/cutting disc with a diameter of
115 mm/125 mm
Pay attention to the dimensions of the abrasive tools. The
diameter of the hole must match that of the mounting flange.
Do not use an adapter or reducer.
