Problem
The LEDs on the control unit do not light
up.
The blue warning light is flashing.
You get a tingling feeling while using
the underblanket.
The product has been used incorrectly or
is damaged.
The power cable or another internal wire
is damaged.
The control unit is damaged.
There are holes or tears in the fabric or
stubborn creases that do not spread out.
The packaging of the appliance is made of recyclable materials. Dispose of the packaging in
accordance with the environmental protection regulations.
Pursuant to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), the
crossed bin symbol on the appliance or its packaging indicates that the appliance must be
disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its useful life.
The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling centre for electrical and
electronic equipment. Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the user can hand over the

Check that the control unit plug is fully inserted in the socket (3). If the
LEDs remain off, remove the control unit plug from the socket (3) and
return the underblanket to an authorised technical service centre.
Check that the plug is fully inserted in the mains socket (3). If the LED
does not lights off, return the underblanket to an authorised technical
service centre.
Take the plug out of the socket, then reinsert it with the polarity
inverted.
Mark the insertion side for future reference.
Return the underblanket to an authorised technical service centre to
be checked.
