13.1.1 Change spindle speed

At each speed change necessarily the machine disconnected from the
mains!
The machine is equipped with a foldable V-belt drive system. The spindle speed is changed as
follows.
 The fixing lever (B) to loosen.
 Use the handle (A) to loosen the pulley and change the
V-belt on the pulleys.
 The well-tensioned V-belt with the fixing lever (B)
tighten again.
 Maintenance door close well.
ATTENTION: If the service door is not properly closed,
the machine can not be started.
13.2

Operation

13.2.1 start / stop

If you want to press the ON OFF switch, the combined
EMERGENCY STOP switch must be in the open state.
 To start, press the green button ˝ I ˝
 To start, press the red button ˝ O ˝
INFO: In the closed state of the main switch can be operated as an EMERGENCY STOP switch.

13.2.2 Adjust milling height

 loosen spindle clamping lever
With the handlewheel (6) the milling height is turn by:
 set up clockwise
 anticlockwise adjusted downward
 Spindle clamping lever clamping again
