To fix the fan to the pump bottom:

Tear out the little rectangular sheet metal plate from the rest of
the fan.
Position this rectangular plate and the fan ensuring that the the 3
holes in the sheet plate are alined with the 3 holes in the pump
base as shown in the image 45.
Fix the bracket to the pump body using the plastic ring and
tighten the washers and the 3 screws M6x20 with the supplied
allen key.
Then fix the controller to the plastic ring and tighten the washers
and the 3 screws M5x90 with the supplied allen key.
Connect the fan to the P4 connector of the controller.
