Where "hard" water is present, it is advisable to install
a decalcifier in the water system supplying the appli-
ance, in order to reduce and/or avoid calcareous de-
posits.
ATTENTION: (IEC 60335-1/A2) The pressure of the wa-
ter system supplying the appliance must not exceed
600 kPa (6 bar).
To avoid damages to your bathroom or to the purchased
equipment, please observe the following recommendations for
use:
• Clean the plumbing before connecting the device.
• Periodically clean the water blade to avoid any limestone de-
posits that could compromise the good functioning.
JACUZZI EUROPE S.p.A. denies all responsibility:
- If installation is carried out by unqualified personnel and/or per-
sonnel unauthorised to carry out the installation itself.
- If current norms and legal provisions regarding the electric sys-
tems of buildings in the country in which installation is carried out
are not complied with.
- If the instructions for installation and maintenance contained in
this manual are not followed.
- If unsuitable and/or uncertified materials are used for installation.
- If shower enclosures are placed in areas which do not comply with
the above-quoted standards.
- If any components or parts of the appliance are altered in rela-
tion to the original state when supplied, releasing the Manufacturer
from any liability.
- If the appliance is repaired by unauthorised personnel or if spare
parts are used other than the original ones supplied by Jacuzzi Eu-
rope S.p.A.
Warnings
This device may be used by children 8 years and older and by
people with reduced motor, sensory and/or cognitive skills
only when supervised and only if they have the knowledge
necessary to use the equipment in a safe manner and are
aware of the risks associated with improper use.
Children must be supervised to make sure that they do not
play with the equipment or carry out operations that need
to be performed by an adult or specialised personnel (main-
tenance, cleaning operations, etc.).
It is dangerous to use or handle live equipment/devices
housed within the appliance.
Make sure that the installation is performed by qualified
personnel in accordance with current laws and regulations.
Be very careful when entering and/or exiting the shower en-
closure, as the surfaces may be rather slippery.
Jacuzzi® will not assume responsibility for any damage
caused by improper use.
If other persons, in addition to the Purchaser, use the appli-
ance, it is the Purchaser's responsibility to instruct users on
the correct use of the shower enclosure in addition to pro-
viding safety warnings.
Routine maintenance
CLEANING OF METAL PARTS
For an easy cleaning of the metal parts of the product, simply
use a soft cloth moistened in water and soap or an anti-lime-
stone detergent.
To avoid spots caused by calcium in water, we advise drying
with a cloth after each use.
Please use only natural soap-based detergents avoid-
ing those with alcohol, hydrochloric acid or phosphoric
acid, bleach, chlorine etc. and those containing abra-
sive powders.
