CARE ANd MAINTENANCE

1. Keep all liquids from entering the transmitter or receiver.
2. Before cleaning the transmitter, unplug the AC adapter.
3. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the outside of the TV listener; do not use any cleansing agents
or solvents, or take apart the TV listener.
TROUBlE ShOOTINg
If you encounter any difficulties, please check the following before calling our Customer Care De-
partment for assistance.
Cannot hear anything
• Make sure the ear buds are plugged in
properly.
• Verify the transmitter On /Off switch is ON.
• Check and make sure all jacks were con-
nected correctly and firmly, including the AC
adapter at the wall outlet.
• Check and make sure the transmitter is
properly connected to your TV or other
sound source.
• Check the volume setting of the receiver.
• Check and make sure the volume of the
sound source is sufficient.
• Check and make sure there is nothing
blocking the line of sight between the trans-
mitter and the receiver.
There is only sound in one ear
• Make sure both ear buds are plugged in
properly.
• Check if the Balance adjust is set correctly
The sound is distorted
• The receiver battery is too low. Put the
receiver back on the transmitter base for
recharging.
