5.3

Dismantle the valve

1. Remove the position indicator connector (1) from
the valve.
2. Disconnect the pneumatic supply from the
connector on the valve (9) and remove the control-
valve (if fitted).
3. Remove the four fixing screws (3) and separate the
body, the pneumatic-actuator assembly and the
top-cap assembly.
5.4 Replace the actuator
assembly
1. Dismantle the valve as described in
2. Replace the old actuator assembly with the new
actuator assembly.
3. Reassemble the body, actuator assembly and top-
cap assembly and secure with the four fixing screws
(3) removed in Section 5.3. Ensure that the body
'O' ring (11) is correctly positioned.
4. Refit the control-valve if required.

Ventil zerlegen

1. Den Anschlußstecker (1) des Stellungsindikators
vom Ventil abnehmen.
2. Die Druckluftversorgung vom Pneumatik- Anschluß
(9) am Ventil trennen und das Steuerventil (wenn
vorhanden) ausbauen.
3. Die vier Sicherungsschrauben (3) lösen und
abnehmen, dann Ventilkörper, pneumatische
Stellgruppe und Ventildeckeleinheit voneinander
trennen.

Austausch der Stellgruppe

1. Das Ventil zerlegen wie in
Section 5.3.
beschrieben.
2. Die alte Stellgruppe durch eine neue ersetzen.
3. Ventilkörper, Stellgruppe und Ventildeckeleinheit
wieder zusammenbauen und mit den vier
Sicherungsschrauben (3), die in
und abgenommen wurden, verschrauben. Beim
Zusammenbau darauf achten, daß der O-Ring des
Ventilkörpers (11) in der richtigen Stellung ist.
4. Wenn erforderlich, das Steuerventil wieder
einbauen.

1. Enlevez de la vanne le connecteur (1) de

2. Débranchez l'alimentation pneumatique au niveau
du connecteur de la vanne (9) puis enlevez
l'électro-vanne de commande (le cas échéant).
3. Retirez les quatre vis de fixation (3) puis séparez le
corps, l'ensemble actionneur pneumatique et
l'ensemble chapeau supérieur.
