USING THE PALM ORBITAL SANDER
Before operating the equipment, put some oil drops in the air inlet opening (C) of the pneumatic tool.
Choose the correct sanding pad as needed and mount it onto the plate (fig.3).
Connect hose (F) to (B) and the dust bag (I) to the hose(F).
Connect the air supply hose to the inlet (C), assembling the connection (G) by mean of open wrench (H) if required.
Depress the trigger (E) to operate. Rotate the lever (D) to set the vibrations speed.
The tool starts to vibrate, and part of the dust will be sucked in through the sanding pads holes and moved into the dust bag. If the dust removing efficiency
decrease check if the holes has been clogged by the material.
The hose (F) can also be connected to a central vacuum system.

MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the air supply during maintenance on the tool.
Regularly clean and dry the filter in the system and the pneumatic tool air inlet opening.
Lubricate any quick-disconnect coupling on the system to prevent jamming.
Drain condensation from air filter and from the compressor on a daily basis.
In order to avoid rust formation and to minimize wear, clean and lubricate the tool after each use.
Check the tool regularly on loose bolts/screws or parts.
In case of power loss: have the tool repaired.
Only trained and qualified engineers are allowed to adjust or repair the tool.
In case the tool is equipped with a silencer, make sure that this silencer is working properly, a damaged silencer has
to be replaced.
The tool should be maintained regularly to minimize the noise emission and occurring vibration.
If you intend not to use the tool for a longer period of time, it has to be oiled. Please fill some droplets of resin and
acid free oil into the air inlet and let the tool run free for a couple of seconds.
Maintain the tool at least yearly.

The user or the user's employer shall assess the specific use that can be present as a result of each use.
Never use the tool otherwise than the tool is designed for and as explained in this manual.
Damages as a consequence of not following this manual, or caused by incorrect use or incorrect repairs, will never be
covered by our warranty and we will have no responsibility for it. We reserve the right for technical improvements,
without prior notification.
This pneumatic tool is designed to be used with a backup pad and appropriate abrasive for sanding metals, wood,
stone, plastics and other materials.
This tool is designed to be used only with a sanding pad to remove a layer of material from metal, woods, stone,
palstic a similar materials. NEVER USE in water or with asbestos or lead paintings.
