CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

60 g dark chocolate

250 ml whole milk
·
35 g sugar
·
2 egg yolks
·
1 tbsp runny honey
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar into a frothy mixture. Slowly heat the milk together with the chocolate
and honey until it reaches boiling point, but do not let it boil. Add the milk to the beaten eggs and allow it
to cool. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
LEMON SORBET

1 egg white
·
2 lemons
·
100 g sugar
·
150 ml water
Peel 2 lemons, without the white under the skin. Let the skin soak in the 150 ml water for about 30 min.
Strain the water and the lemon juice. Mix this fluid together with the sugar and the egg white. Add this
mixture in the ice cream maker.
