using the "BOOSTER" function

If you open the oven door during a cooking session (to baste a
leg for example), this leads to loss of heat from the oven cavity.
Your oven has been designed to compensate for this loss of heat
due to the door being opened, and to return to the temperature
that you have selected for your cooking as quickly as possible.
Consequently, as soon as the door has been closed again, the
oven quickly boosts its temperature and the "Booster" indicator
located on the left of the display lights up until the selected tem-
perature is reached. In this way, the quality of your cooking is
maintained.
Note: the "BOOSTER" function is active for the following func-
tions:
"convection - traditional pulsed - pulsed base - traditional".

adjusting the brightness of the display

You can vary the brightness of your display. To do so:
- Adjust the time on your programmer to 12:10.
- Hold the "Adjustment" button pressed in while at the same
time turning it (+ or -) in order to reach the chosen brightness
level.
- After having adjusted the brightness to the level of your choice,
set your programmer back to the correct time.
