For tilting the track arm holder the lock
lever (32) must be loosened.
A
Caution!
In order to prevent the bevel
angle from changing during cutting,
the track arm holder's lock screw
must be tightened (also when engaged
in the preset stops!).
Rip fence
The rip fence is mounted on the upper
saw table. The lock screw must point
towards the front of the machine.
After loosening the lock screw, the rip
fence can be removed and repositioned.
In crosscut saw mode the rip fence is
positioned over the blade guard, after
the upper saw table has been raised to
below the blade guard.

Upper saw table
The upper saw table is adjustable in
height to adapt the cutting depth. After
loosening the lock screw, the saw table's
height position is adjusted with the hand-
wheel.
6. Installation and Trans-
port
A
Caution!
Do not carry the machine by
the
handle;
the
handle
designed to bear the entire weight of
the machine. To carry the machine,
hold it on both sides of the base.
6.1
Installation
1.
Lift the machine out of the box with
the help of another person.
2.
Turn rotating table into 0° position
and tighten the rotating table's lock
screw.

Note:
If the machine ist to be mounted
on the workstand:
Do not install the rubber feet!

To install the rubber feet, carefully
turn the machine over to the right,
so it is supported by the motor:
− The feet must be accessible from
all directions.
− Before proceeding, be sure that
the machine is standing firmly in
place even while tipped over.
4.
Fit the nut (36) into the hole on the
bottom of the rubber foot.
5.
Insert the Allen head screw (33) into
the machine's foot from the top. Fit
washer (34) on the screw and attach
the rubber foot (35) with the previ-
ously inserted nut (36) to the screw.
6.
Tighten the rubber foot hand-tight
only. To do so hold the screw with
the Allen key.
7.
Tighten screw with the Allen key
hand-tight only.

Danger!
Risk of injury by incorrect han-
dling when lifting the machine or
turning the machine over. Always
hold machine at the lower table (38),
NOT at the rip fence.
8.
Place machine on a suitable base:
− All four feet must firmly rest on
the base.
− The ideal height for the base is
approx. 800 mm.
− The saw must stand securely,
even when cutting larger work
pieces.
9.
Keep the packing for future use, or
separate by material and dispose of
in an environmentally friendly man-
ner.

6.2
Transport
1.
Place the side guard from the left-
hand side in front of the kerf plate's
rear end and push towards the rear.
2.
Swing sawhead down and engage
the transport lock (37).
3.
Place the rip fence over the blade
guard and secure in position.
4.
Lift the machine by holding it on
both sides of the lower table (38).
