make sure that the massager is set to "0, off" position before inserting the plug into a 120V household
electrical outlet.

to turn unit on, simply slide the power switch to "M & M+H" position.
1. m = massage only
2. m+H = massage infrared heat

You can attach the two massage attachments for different massage applications. For a strong and hard
massage, use the fixed round massage head.
the acupressure massage attachment will provide a larger massage area, and can be used with crèmes
and lotion, while the acunodes attachment will provide a distinct multi-point massage that is more
intense for increased blood flow.
We recommend not massaging one area for more than 5 minutes. the actual massage time depends on
your own feeling.

We recommend not using the massager for more then 20 minutes continuously as it has to cool down
between applications.

When massage is completed turn off the appliance by sliding to the "0" position and unplug and store it
in a dry place.

this appliance is for household use only.

For selecting the massage strength, rotate the "variable strength control knob" with your finger slowly
from "- "to "+ "until you get to the desired strength.
